1. Visiting & Service Charges
A visiting and inspection charge applies to confirmed service visits. Repair and spare-parts charges, if applicable, are separate and will be communicated after inspection. Any additional repair work proceeds solely upon customer approval.
2. Estimates & Approval
Any required component replacement, circuit rebuilding, or refrigerant charging will be quoted upfront. Work will proceed solely after receiving explicit verbal or digital confirmation from the customer.
3. Service Warranty Policy
Replaced spare parts and repaired circuits carry a limited warranty (typically 30 to 90 days depending on OEM manufacturer standards and part type). Warranty covers defects in replaced parts and workmanship; physical damage, water ingress, and unauthorized third-party tampering void warranty coverage.
